Smoky Quartz is a brown/grey translucent member of the Quartz family. It sits at a 7 on the Mohs Scale of Hardness like the rest of the Quartz family. Interestingly enough, it's unique color comes from the stone being naturally irradiated.

Thispolished free-form tower is very abstract and unique. The back side has been left to deeply show through the smokey, polished front. The beauty within this piece cannot be captured on camera. It would be marvelous on display on any altar, or as decor in the home or office.
